BEWARE OF ON-GOING SCAM IN THE OLD QUARTER OF HANOI!

That Brothers Hotel has been successful with online booking thanks to its ideal location, sleek decoration, quality services and a wide array of facilities results in many guests being referred to our hotel by their friends.

However, some of our customers have reported as being scammed when going from Noi Bai International Airport to our hotel. The taxi driver purposely takes our guests to a different hotel, which later pretends to be our alternative "sibling hotel".

To protect the interests of our customers, it is recommended that each guest provide us with arrival details including flight number and arrival time prior to arrival to Vietnam. If that cannot be determined at the time of booking, kindly impart the information at a later time. This way, Brothers Hotel can conveniently arranges free pickup.
