TERMS AND CONDITION Brothers Hotel Online Reservation is a service that provides an available accommodation with availability to reserve it online. All rates quoted in US $ and are inclusive of 5 % Service Charge and 10% Government Tax. All rooms and accommodation are subject to availability. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. After filling out the reservation form and sending us, you will get our information as soon as possible (It will take one or two working days) but usually we could work less than that. If your requested rooms are not available at the time, we will suggest alternatives or your request will be put on waiting list. After receiving your deposit, we will inform you of the reservation confirmation. Minimum length of stay is based on 1 (one) night. Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the hotel. 1. RATES AND VALIDITY All of the rates are quoted in US$ (United States Dollars) and are valid from 01 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. All rates are NET (includes tax & service charge). Please read carefully the conditions of the rates before making reservation. 2. ONLINE BOOKING REQUEST In order to reserve rooms online, please download the official 'Brothers Hotel Reservation Form' from our website, fill it in, and either send the completed form back to us either by fax or email. 3. PAYMENT It is required that you pay a deposit equivalent to 10% of total price for rooms and additional services. To do so, you need to enter your credit card details in our 'The Brothers Hotel Reservation Form'. After successfully receiving your deposit, we will send the confirmation voucher to your email address. Please keep the correspondent and show it upon check in. 4. CHECK IN Upon your check-in date, you shall present your voucher and other necessary identification documents for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the Brothers Hotel. 5. CHANGE OF BOOKING An additional fee of US $ 3 will be charged for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to availability of the accommodation booked. 6. CANCELLATION Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no show will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s room rate. ***End of Terms & Conditions*** |
